Job Order #: 124473 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Press Brake Operator to join a busy fabrication team in Claremore, OK . This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong press brake experience who takes pride in precision work, understands metal fabrication processes, and can consistently produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you know your way around press brake equipment, blueprints, tooling, and tolerances, this Press Brake Operator opportunity offers excellent pay and long-term stability. Required Experience & Skills
• Previous press brake operating experience REQUIRED
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
• Strong math skills and understanding of measurements, tolerances, and bend calculations
• Knowledge of metal types, thicknesses, and bending characteristics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Set up and operate press brake machinery safely and efficiently
• Select proper tooling, dies, and machine settings for each production run
• Bend sheet metal and plate to exact dimensions and specifications
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality compliance
• Perform machine adjustments, offsets, and minor program edits as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all SOPs, OSHA guidelines, and safety procedures
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment concerns promptly
• Support additional shop duties as assigned Work Environment
• Industrial machine shop / fabrication environment
• Exposure to machinery, metal materials, industrial noise, and production conditions
