Job Summary
Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center , a leading healthcare provider in Eight Mile, AL, is seeking a dedicated and organized Central Supply professional to join our team. RequirementsMust have a current and valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification.
Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Previous healthcare or central supply experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain inventory of medical supplies, ensuring accurate tracking and timely restocking of essential materials
Clean and prepare medical equipment, instruments, and supplies for use, following proper disinfection and sterilization protocols
Maintain a clean and organized supply room, adhering to facility standards and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Collaborate with healthcare staff to resolve supply chain issues and provide support with equipment maintenance and repair
Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in supply inventory or usage to management
Participate in infection control initiatives to promote a safe and healthy environment for patients
