Dietary Aide Supervisor

At Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center , we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients and residents. As a Dietary Aide Supervisor , you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of nutritional care is delivered to our patients and residents.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a Dietary Aide Supervisor at our facility in Eight Mile, AL. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring that all food preparation and service meets the highest standards of quality and safety. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of dietary aides and assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and serving of patient and resident meals, snacks, and nourishments

• Supervise a team of dietary aides, providing guidance and direction as needed

• Ensure that all food and supply inventory is properly stocked and maintained

• Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation

• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Strong leadership and communication skills
