Clinical Pharmacist position details: Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital South Location: Riverview, FL Status: PRN as needed Shift: Variable Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities: The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs. Certifications and Licensure: Required: Pharmacist – State of FL Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Requirements: Required: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: PharmD, Acute Care Experience BayCare is all about making the most of your life and loving your career.
