About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed - just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for analytical quality.

What You'll Do

Design Complex Business Challenges
- Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more
Author Gold-Standard Solutions
- Write rigorous, step-by-step responses grounded in financial statements, established frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and sound strategic rationale - the "golden responses" AI learns from
Audit AI Business Reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional-grade quality
Refine AI Thinking
- Identify and document logical failures in AI reasoning - such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or overlooking macroeconomic variables - and provide structured, actionable feedback
Set the Standard
- Help ensure AI can serve as a genuinely sophisticated partner for executive decision-making, not just a surface-level summariser

Who You Are

Holds an MBA from an accredited institution
Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
Able to synthesise complex data into clear, executive-quality written analysis
Highly detail-oriented - you catch errors in financial formulas, flawed assumptions, and weak arguments others miss
Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or structured feedback workflows
Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel modelling, Tableau, or SQL
