Business Administration (MBA) - AI Content Specialist About the Role What if your MBA - your hard-won expertise in finance, strategy, and operations - could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We're looking for MBA-qualified specialists to challenge, evaluate, and train advanced AI models on the kind of rigorous business reasoning that drives real executive decisions. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed - just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for analytical quality.

- Design Complex Business Challenges
- Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more - Author Gold-Standard Solutions
- Write rigorous, step-by-step responses grounded in financial statements, established frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and sound strategic rationale - the "golden responses" AI learns from - Audit AI Business Reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional-grade quality - Refine AI Thinking
- Identify and document logical failures in AI reasoning - such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or overlooking macroeconomic variables - and provide structured, actionable feedback - Set the Standard
- Help ensure AI can serve as a genuinely sophisticated partner for executive decision-making, not just a surface-level summariser
- Holds an MBA from an accredited institution
- Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Able to synthesise complex data into clear, executive-quality written analysis
- Highly detail-oriented - you catch errors in financial formulas, flawed assumptions, and weak arguments others miss
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI or tech experience required
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or structured feedback workflows
- Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel modelling, Tableau, or SQL
- Work directly with industry-leading AI research labs on cutting-edge model development
- Fully remote and flexible - work when and where it suits you
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, high-impact work
