Therapist | Master’s, Registered Intern, or Fully Licensed | Lake Worth, FL (On-Site) | Sun–Thursday Schedule Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate and clinically driven Therapist to join our west Lake Worth, FL facility. In this role, you will provide therapeutic care to individuals navigating substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders across detox, residential, and PHP levels of care. This position supports a high-needs patient population, often working with individuals facing significant psychosocial, legal, and recovery-related challenges within a highly collaborative and clinically engaged environment. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Therapist plays a key role in helping patients build stability, accountability, and long-term recovery foundations within a fast-paced treatment environment.
