Position Details Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including lobbies, common areas, corridors, parking areas, and exterior perimeters, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance‑related issues. Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor access as directed by site policies, and provide directions and assistance to guests, tenants, and delivery personnel. Support day‑to‑day property operations by communicating clearly with tenants and staff, completing required reports, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through a visible presence at the location. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
