About the Role:
BridgeMed Solutions Inc is looking for a motivated and driven Entry-Level professional to join our growing team in Irvine, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in the medical solutions industry alongside a passionate and supportive team. - Support day-to-day operations and assist senior team members with key projects
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records, data entry, and documentation
- Assist in coordinating logistics, scheduling, and workflow processes
- Learn and apply company procedures, tools, and industry best practices
- Contribute to team goals and help identify opportunities for process improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–2 years of professional or internship experience in a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude, team player, and eager to grow professionally
