During training, you'll learn the SVG Phoenix Process — our step-by-step playbook covering:

• How to meet a customer and immediately make them comfortable
• How to present numbers transparently (no games)
• How to walk someone through their purchase options without pressure
• How to deliver a vehicle so the customer actually enjoys the experience

You'll practice through role-playing, get real coaching, and yes — you'll be recorded so you can watch yourself improve. Once you've nailed the process, you make it yours. Your personality. Your style. Our framework.
