• Collaborate with the customer''s team to follow and improve AI workflows and data collection protocols.
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated audio and transcripts for naturalness and correctness.
• Maintain detailed documentation of completed tasks and provide feedback on process enhancements.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, sharing insights and reporting issues.

• Native-level fluency in Singaporean English, with a clear understanding of local nuances, slang, and pronunciation.
• Proven expertise in audio transcription, annotation, or data collection.
• Familiarity with phonetics and linguistic analysis, especially Singaporean English features.
• Experience using digital recording tools or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, clarity, accuracy, and professionalism are a must.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
