Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, supporting development and investment projects, and advising internal business teams on legal and business decisions. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should hold a Juris Doctor (JD) and be an active member of the California Bar, with approximately 8-10+ years of relevant legal experience.
