Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary Manage and coordinate the operational and maintenance activities of the truck fleet, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Manage and coordinate the operational and maintenance activities of the truck fleet, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing the mechanic shop, planning and evaluating fleet operations, conducting utilization studies, and recommending fleet improvements. Lead, mentor, and manage team members, maintaining equipment in optimal condition through diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensure a clean and organized shop, and foster positive interpersonal relationships both internally and externally. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 4-6 years of fleet maintenance experience, and supervisory or team lead experience with knowledge of DOT regulations.
