Responsibilities Takes vital signs, weighs patients, and collects routine specimens. Attends and participates in group therapy, in-service education, and staff meetings. Facilitates the maintenance of the therapeutic environment in the psychiatric unit. Assists patients with daily living activities. Establishes a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients. Performs related duties as required. Up to $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility Required Qualifications Education: 60 hours of human services, psychology, education, sociology, or related field. Experience: 1 year of experience. Certification: CPR. Tenet participates in the E-Verify program.
