Temporary Administrative Support Professional

Twin City Staffing is seeking an organized and friendly temporary administrative support professional for an apartment community in Big Lake! If you have great customer service skills and are looking for a flexible, part-time schedule to boost your income, this 23 month role is a perfect fit.

Location: Big Lake, MN Wage: $20 - $24/hr. Hours: Part-time; about 16 hours per week (Flexible shifts between 8:00 am 6:00 pm, Monday Friday)

Duties of the temporary leasing agent:

• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to voicemails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Greet residents and visitors warmly, take messages, and provide exceptional face-to-face customer service
• Enter and track maintenance work orders, file documents, and deliver community notices to residents
• Assist with affordable housing applications, tax credit paperwork, and general office tasks as assigned

Requirements of the temporary leasing agent:

• Previous administrative, office support, or receptionist experience required
• Proven face-to-face customer service experience with strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with tax credit compliance paperwork is a strong plus
• Dependable schedule adherence for the full 23 month duration of the project
