Shop Supervisor
Play a vital role for a growing company in the Monticello, MN area as a shop supervisor! In this shop supervisor role, you'll be responsible for monitoring employees while developing production schedules, order materials, and more. This is a direct-hire opportunity. Location: Monticello, MN Wage: $50,000 - $70,000/yr., DOE Hours: 1:30 pm 10:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Job duties of the shop supervisor:
- Train in new employees
- Manage work by tracking and assigning work
- Order materials
- Supervise employees and monitor attendance
- Develop production schedules
- Ensure the flow of materials and other resources
Qualifications of the shop supervisor:
- 5+ years of manufacturing and leadership experience
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving skills
