Continental Manor , a respected long-term care facility in Blanchester, Ohio , is seeking a passionate and experienced CDM to oversee our dietary department. What You’ll Do:

Manage daily operations of the dietary department in a long-term care environment
Lead, train, and schedule dietary staff for maximum efficiency and quality
Plan and oversee preparation of delicious, nutritious meals for residents
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and food safety regulations
Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to meet individual dietary needs
Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and ensure budget guidelines are met

What We’re Looking For:

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting – Preferred
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of dietary regulations, nutrition, and food safety standards
