Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Environment: Climate-Controlled Manufacturing Facility

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong computer and communication skills, and is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

The CSR will work closely with customers and internal teams to provide updates, prepare quotes, assist with inside sales, and ensure customer needs are handled accurately and professionally.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with customers primarily through email, providing professional and timely responses
• Provide basic inside sales support
• Prepare and send repair quotes to customers
• Check, update, and communicate job status and repair progress
• Perform heavy data entry and maintain accurate records
• Use Microsoft Office programs regularly, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Work closely with shop personnel and other departments to gather information and provide customer updates
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers
• Assist with other administrative and customer service duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous Customer Service Representative or similar office/customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong written communication skills — professional email communication is a major part of the position
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Stable work history with a history of longevity in previous positions
• Friendly, dependable, and upbeat personality
• Ability to work comfortably around a manufacturing/shop floor environment
