Lead Installer
$55k - $65kBluffton Builders
Job Description
Job Description
Bluffton Builders is looking for an experienced bathroom remodeler and acrylic shower installer who knows they can lead, build, and run something better than what they're currently part of.
If you've installed "one-day" systems...
If you can remodel an entire bathroom without hesitation...
If you care about quality and speed...
If you pride yourself on customer experience...
If you're tired of broken promises, weak leadership, or cutting corners...
And if you've thought, "I could build this the right way if I had the chance"...
This is that chance.
You will start in the field as a lead installer, hands-on, day one. Side by side with ownership, you'll help build the in-house installation team for our one-day bath division, train installers the right way, and set the standard for how jobs are done across the Lowcountry.
Compensation:$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:This is a builder role, not a maintenance role.
What You'll Be Doing:
Installing one-day shower systems and bathrooms to a high standard
Training and developing new installers
Helping recruit and build in-house crews
Setting install standards, processes, and expectations
Owning quality, speed, and professionalism on every job
Playing a key role in scaling the production side of the business
Experience with one-day bath/acrylic shower installs (required)
Leadership mindset and high personal standards
Pride in craftsmanship and clean installs
Desire to build a team, not just punch a clock
Someone who wants long-term growth, not just another job
Bluffton Builders is a second-generation, family-owned design-build remodeling company with more than a decade of trusted work in the Lowcountry. Our one-day bath division, an authorized BathWraps by Jacuzzi dealer, was built on a simple belief: homeowners deserve durable, beautiful shower systems that install quickly and respect their time, space, and budget.
We are an award-winning company (multiple HHAHBA Lighthouse Awards) that operates with Integrity, transparency, and pride in our work. Built With Integrity isn't just our tagline. It's how we treat our customers and our team.
