Get to Know Your Team: Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing more than 30 specialties across 82 sites in Oklahoma, serving 21 communities. The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a variety of projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and scope. Leads Flu and Covid season ordering. Conducts weekly flu vaccine inventories with outpatient clinics. Oversees all annual inventories and conducts inventories throughout the year as needed. Assists with cost center transfers and processing monthly reports. Manages the Courier Route. Is responsible for running monthly pharmacy reports and processing invoices as needed. Will is backup to all Purchasing Department staff. Job Requirements: High School/GED #J-18808-Ljbffr
