Human Resources Generalist

For 115 years, God has been using the Mission to reach hearts and change lives. It starts with emergency shelter for men, women and children experiencing homelessness - but that is just the beginning. While with us, residents participate in holistic, gospel-centered services that include chapel, case management, group counseling, workforce development and job training. In short, our staff are City Missionaries offering help and hope to all people through the transforming power of God's love. Right now, we are looking to add a Human Resources Generalist to our team. In this role, you'll report to the CFO and work across the entire organization supporting a staff of 80 employees. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, with the exception of payroll and benefits.

- Bachelor's degree in HR management or business (or closely related field) required
- 5+ years broad human resources experience required
- 3+ years payroll/benefits experience preferred
- Recruiting and onboarding
- Staff training and development
- Performance management
- Employment law and compliance
- Strong experience in HRIS and Excel(bonus points for UKG)
- SHRM or PHR certification helpful, but not required
