This entry-level position creates positive in-person interactions designed to increase customer participation, satisfaction, and brand connection.

Core activities

· Initiate friendly face-to-face conversations

· Explain services, promotions, experiences, or available resources

· Answer questions and connect customers with the appropriate team

· Capture feedback and support engagement goals

A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
