Centro, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Davenport, IA to support Associates and leaders, uphold HR policies, and help build a positive, high‑performing workplace.
You will manage leaves, payroll tasks, employee records, and HR data integrity while collaborating with a stable manufacturing team that values development, engagement, and compliance. A Bachelor's degree in HR is preferred and PHR/SHRM is a plus.
