Digital Marketing & Branding Specialist

You will be representing a UK professional services firm in client-facing communications, on camera, and across all our digital platforms. Your Role & Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Own the monthly marketing strategy and content calendar Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research Build and maintain a 90-day rolling marketing roadmap Report monthly performance to the leadership team with clear KPIs Social Media & Content Manage and grow Quest's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok Create and post daily content graphics, reels, carousels, stories and written posts Write all captions, copy and client-facing content in Quest's brand voice Manage community engagement respond to comments and messages promptly SEO & Website Conduct regular SEO audits and implement improvements Develop and execute a keyword strategy to grow organic traffic Optimise web pages and blog content for search performance Monitor website analytics and report on traffic and performance Events Plan, coordinate and deliver all Quest events from concept to completion Manage registrations, communications, promotional materials and post-event follow-up Build and maintain an ongoing events calendar webinars, client workshops, networking and lead generation events Email Marketing & Campaigns Build and send monthly email newsletters to the Quest client and prospect database Develop and manage lead generation campaigns Set up email automation sequences for lead nurturing Brand & Design Maintain brand consistency across all content and communications Design graphics, templates and marketing assets Continually look for ways to improve and elevate the Quest brand Preferred candidate profile What You Must Have Non-Negotiable Excellent spoken and written English, articulate, confident and professional at all times Proven event planning and coordination experience, you must be able to plan and deliver events from start to finish Strong content creation skills, graphics, video, carousels, reels, captions, blogs Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research and website optimisation Experience managing social media platforms professionally, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok Ability to work independently and manage your own time without supervision Available to work full UK hours (9am5:30pm GMT/BST) Monday to Friday Available to start immediately Reliable, fast internet connection and a professional home working setup What We Would Love You to Have Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, SEMrush, Mailchimp or similar Knowledge of paid advertising, Google Ads and Meta Experience working in professional services, finance or a corporate environment Familiarity with Making Tax Digital (MTD) or UK tax and accounting topics Email marketing and automation experience Analytics and reporting experience, Google Analytics, GA4 What We Offer Competitive salary, paid monthly via Wise transfer Fully remote role, work from wherever you are in India UK working hours, a structured, professional working day Direct access to and collaboration with the Quest leadership team A role with real responsibility and genuine creative ownership from day one Career growth as the firm continues to expand A supportive, diverse and ambitious team The chance to build a brand from the ground up and make it your own #J-18808-Ljbffr Quest Accounting Services
