Director, Commercial FP&A - Biotech Growth & Forecasting

Beam Therapeutics Inc.

Beam Therapeutics is seeking a Director of FP&A (Commercial) to lead planning, partner with the Commercial organization, and drive accurate revenue forecasts. You will collaborate with Accounting and Manufacturing on budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, building complex models to support decisions. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in FP&A (biotech a plus), strong Excel and modeling skills, US GAAP knowledge, and comfort leveraging AI tools to streamline processes in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
