Manufacturing Project Coordinator

Overview The Project Coordinator supports Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Quality teams by coordinating project activities, tracking commitments, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects move forward on time. This role serves as a key communication point between internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project kickoff, design review, and work order release meetings. Track action items, project commitments, and follow-up activities through completion. Maintain project schedules and provide status updates to stakeholders. Facilitate communication across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Quality teams. Coordinate customer‑facing meetings, document deliverables, and project updates. Review project documentation for completeness and compliance with customer requirements. Track project invoicing schedules and coordinate with Finance as needed. Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and tracking tools. Escalate schedule risks, delays, and project blockers proactively. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project support, operations support, or administrative coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling/project management tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment preferred.
