What You'll Do

• Perform a full range of clinical laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens using advanced techniques.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency in test results.
• Interpret lab results and communicate effectively with physicians and care teams to support accurate diagnoses and timely treatment decisions.
• Uphold CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards through consistent quality assurance procedures and documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to lab technicians while promoting a collaborative, safe, and education-focused lab culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT). New grads eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.
• Solid understanding of lab practices, safety protocols, and instrumentation
• Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
