QC Lab Technician -2nd Shift

Join our team as a 2nd Shift Quality Control Lab Technician and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards for safety, consistency, and performance Pay : $24/hr Schedule : Mon-Fri 2:30p-11p (Training on 1st shift for 2 months) Job Type : Contract to Permanent Location : 100% On-Site | Florence, KY At this time, Astrix cannot transfer nor sponsor a work Visa for this position. QC Lab Technician Daily Tasks: What you will do: Perform analytical testing (pH, % alcohol, titrations, spectrometry, turbidity, color values, etc.) and document results to approve or reject product. Identify and correct non-conformances, escalating issues to Quality as needed. Calibrate lab equipment, prepare solutions, manage samples, and maintain supplies. Support investigations by analyzing and collecting data. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, USDA, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety guidelines. Participate in required training and maintain strong attendance, flexibility, and a positive team attitude QC Lab Technician Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Chemistry or Laboratory Technique coursework preferred Minimum 2-3 years’ experience inmanufacturing operations background (food or chemical preferred) 1 year of laboratory experience SAP experience is required We strongly encourage candidates who have some of the skills to apply.
