Must be local to the Phoenix, AZ area, as this is a hybrid position with a mix of remote and in-office days.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid social campaigns, acting as the go-to expert on media buying for a mix of B2B and B2C clients
• Build and present compelling media plans that tie directly back to each client's broader marketing and business goals
• Get hands-on inside ad platforms to fine-tune spend allocation and surface data-backed recommendations to improve performance
• Support organic social efforts as needed, ensuring alignment between paid and organic strategy
• Build out reporting frameworks and deliver regular (and as-needed) performance insights tied to each client's defined KPIs
• Serve as the subject-matter expert across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other emerging social channels
• Understand how paid social fits into the bigger media mix picture and use that lens to shape smarter business decisions
• Partner closely with account services and cross-functional teammates to keep campaign development, communication, and execution running smoothly
• Keep a pulse on new platforms, tools, and creative campaign approaches to keep client strategies ahead of the curve

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on paid social experience, agency background strongly preferred
• Comfortable and confident navigating platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel
• Familiarity with programmatic and demand-side platforms is a plus
