Medical Director - Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine

Leadership opportunity! Develop and maintain clinical policies clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.  Provide oversight of quality initiatives and OPPE processes.  Onboard and train new providers. Partner with operational leaders to advance service line goals 

Clinical Urgent Care practice is the majority of the position providing urgent care services for acute illnesses and injuries.  Deliver occupational medicine services, including work-related injury care, physicals, and return-to-work evaluations. 

Requirements:

• BC/BE Urgent Care OR Occupational Medicine
• MRO (medical review officer) certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
• OH medical license, or eligible

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary to $350K
• Uncapped productivity incentives; paid quarterly
• $100K signing bonus ($50K paid first year; and second half paid second year)
