Landscape Architect/Project Manager

Overview Civil & Environmental Consultants (CEC) is seeking a licensed Landscape Architect with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program with 5-10 or more years of experience. This individual will be responsible for collaboration of project design on a wide range of large and small projects. CEC is looking for a self-starter who is motivated to join our team and collaborate in-house with other landscape architects, ecologists, civil engineers and land surveyors to assist our clients in the development of private and public sector projects. Project Management; CAD design; Landscape and land planning design; Public presentations; Site layout and grading; Site plan renderings; Quality control review of proposed plans; Preparation of bid packages and submittals; Preparation and review of specifications; and Networking and Client Development. Qualifications B.S. in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture or related degree required; AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred); InDesign; PhotoShop (Adobe Suite); Lumion; and GIS (ArcView) - not required but beneficial.
