The Mobile Service Advisor helps coordinate mobile vehicle maintenance and repair appointments while ensuring excellent communication with customers throughout the service process. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments Communicate with customers regarding service needs and appointment details Prepare and manage repair orders Coordinate technician schedules and routing Monitor appointment flow and customer updates Assist with follow-up communication and customer satisfaction Work closely with service management, technicians, and parts personnel Help grow the dealership’s mobile service business Follow up with Service leads provided by management.
