Personal Lines Client Success Manager

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking a Personal Lines Client Service Manager in Covington, Kentucky. In this role, you will be the go-to person for clients navigating their insurance needs. Responsibilities include providing personalized service, maintaining accurate policy data, and collaborating with your team to enhance service quality. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree with client service experience or a relevant high school degree with additional experience. A producer's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
