Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
• Executing treatments and tracking patient progress
• Facilitating outpatient orthopedic care, managing a caseload of 12-14 patients per day
• Coordinating with other team members and clinics as needed
• Maintaining productivity expectations of 60 visits per week

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Outpatient experience is preferred
• Ability to float to other clinics
• Acceptance of first-time travelers and new graduates
