- Guide and educate Lease Providers and contractors on High-Risk Activities (HRA) and collaborative planning to maintain top-tier safety standards on-site.
- Monitor key safety performance indicators (KPIs) set by Our Client and assess the health and safety implications of situational or schedule changes.
- Maintain an active on-site presence by participating in HRA meetings, work planning, energization/commissioning, audits, and incident reviews.
- Exercise stop-work authority immediately when dangerous or life-threatening conditions are identified and inform relevant site supervision.
- Evaluate health and safety planning effectiveness, report on compliance across project phases, and promote initiatives that foster a positive safety culture.
