Overview Outpatient Primary Care Opportunity in Metro Jacksonville, Florida!! Company is an MSO risk partner serving Medicare Advantage members. Our focus is preventive care, not episodic care to seniors, and we do everything we can to partner with them to keep their health in line with their goals to stay healthy and out of the hospital. Our physicians, both employed and contracted, are some of the best with a unified mission to serve this patient population. We are a company of high performers in a competitive environment that is challenging in thought and execution. We have a long‑standing PCP who just announced her retirement, so we are looking for someone to step in when she leaves. Volume is 18 patients per day with a full staff to support you. The practice location is in Jacksonville, FL. We have six practice locations in Jacksonville with an administrative office. Our goal is to offer an environment where you can practice medicine and leave the business aspects to others. Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care and preventive services to Medicare Advantage seniors Manage an average of 18 patients per day Collaborate with a full practice staff to deliver coordinated care Maintain patient records and ensure quality care documentation Qualifications Family Medicine or Internal Medicine board‑certified Passion for caring for the geriatric patient population Florida medical license active, inactive, or in process Strong commitment to preventive care and patient advocacy Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $220,000.00 + starting bonus + full benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Doctor's Choice Placement Services Inc.
