Position Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, developing business relationships, and growing your own book of business within the logistics and freight brokerage industry. You’ll work closely with our operations team to deliver exceptional service while helping customers find transportation solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, working toward ambitious goals, and thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new shipping customers through outbound sales efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
• Identify and manage truckload (FTL), LTL, drayage, and other logistics opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities.
• Grow and manage your own book of business.
• Partner with the operations team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team success.

Qualifications

Required

• 1–4 years of sales experience (outbound, inside sales, business development, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection.
• Able to work on-site in Chamblee, GA, and live within reasonable commuting distance.

Preferred

• Prior sales experience at a freight brokerage or in logistics.
• Background in competitive sports or team activities.
• Interest in building a long-term career in sales and logistics.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-Site (not remote or hybrid)
• Next training class starts January 4, 2027

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000–$55,000 annually, plus uncapped commission (commission begins once you reach an initial sales threshold, typically within your first year)
