Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Location: Watertown, New York Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend Pay Range: $34.98 - $43.15 per hour ($72,758 - $89,752 annually) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Job Overview A leading healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join its growing Respiratory Therapy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in respiratory therapy, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Assess, treat, and monitor patients requiring respiratory care services Maintain accurate patient records in both electronic and paper formats Document treatments, procedures, and patient responses Enter patient and billing information accurately into electronic systems Provide age-appropriate care based on patient needs and developmental stages Assist with sleep studies and EEG testing as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications Required Current New York State Respiratory Therapist license (RT or RTT) BLS Certification Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience Ability to perform oxygen, CPAP, and BiPAP titrations Preferred Polysomnography (Sleep Lab) experience Previous hospital-based respiratory therapy experience Benefits $10,000 Sign-On Bonus 401(k) with employer match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Benefits effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment 24 days of PTO during the first year Long-term disability and life insurance options If you're a compassionate Respiratory Therapist looking for a stable night-shift opportunity with a supportive healthcare team, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Next Move Healthcare
