Schedule Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Job Description As a Registered Nurse in the PCU/Stepdown unit, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients transitioning from critical care. This role requires expertise in monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Monitor and assess patient vital signs and clinical status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent PCU/Stepdown nursing experience. Active Ohio nursing license or active compact state license required. Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications necessary. Reference from a managerial role in the specialty required. Why ARMStaffing?
