In-Home Sales Representative

Full-Time in Maryland Heights, MO - Entry Level Job Summary The In-Home Sales Representative is responsible for meeting with clients in their homes to provide financial protection and insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping families with life insurance, retirement planning, and financial security products. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently while achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home appointments with prospective and existing clients Analyze customer financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance products Educate clients on life insurance, health insurance, retirement, and financial planning options Generate leads through referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities Maintain strong relationships with policyholders through regular follow-ups Complete applications, policy paperwork, and documentation accurately Meet weekly and annual sales performance goals Participate in ongoing training, licensing, and professional development programs Maintain compliance with company and state insurance regulations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Self-driven with strong organizational skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation State Life & Health Insurance License required or willingness to obtain licensing Preferred Skills Financial services or insurance background Relationship-building and consultative selling skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Commission-based income with bonus opportunities Training and mentorship programs Access to financial and insurance product portfolio Independent contractor or employee structure may vary by office #J-18808-Ljbffr SalesDraft Recruiting
