Position Summary: The warehouse team is the hub of our logistical operations, working to ensure the flow of product and supplies in and out of our facility. Each person helps to keep the production team supported, and get products into the hands of our customers. Part of each week includes receiving deliveries, preparing outgoing freight, and assisting with logistics. This team works steadily to ensure we have the supplies we need to get our mindblasting products out the door! Maintain an organized warehouse space, focusing on maximum efficiency. Aid with the flow of production supplies, including raw materials and packaging supplies. Receive products, materials, and supplies, ensuring proper organization while adhering to relevant SOPs and Food Safety requirements. Understand Spicewalla freight logistics including rate quotes, BOLs, and scheduling. Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area. Assist in maintaining the flow of finished goods needed to fulfill orders. Pack and ship orders according to high quality standards. Help test and maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Contribute to and support a positive and safe work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability. Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures. Assist with various preventive maintenance (PM) on warehouse equipment and facilities when required. Participate in and promote food safety culture in relevant warehouse operations. *This above is an outline of primary job tasks. Duties are not limited to those listed. Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills: Works well independently and with a team Reliable and punctual Ability to understand and independently follow instructions Computer experience helpful Previous warehouse or manufacturing is a plus Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods of time Independently lift 50 pounds Repetitive tasks with infrequent rest periods Working between several different suites within the same building Various and sometimes strong spice aromas Occasionally working near loud noises and industrial equipment Performance Measurement: Attendance and punctuality Minimal mistakes and attention to detail Efficiency and teamwork After 60 days, all full time employees will be eligible for the following benefits: Health Insurance, including vision and dental options Life Insurance 6 Paid Holidays 3 Paid Sick Days CPRG discount on food and merchandise at our Restaurants After the 60-day new hire training period, a performance evaluation will be scheduled.
