Shipping - 1st Shift Weekend Order Selector

Milkco is seeking 1st shift weekend order selectors to work in our refrigerated shipping warehouse. The position is full-time, but only works Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The hours are Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am until finish. Milkco will train the right candidate! Milkco, Inc. is a fluid milk plant. We process, bottle, and ship fluid milk, juice, tea, and eggnog. Established in 1982 with 50 employees, the plant has grown to 250+. Our employees enjoy steady, stable work without the risk of layoffs. We have many career opportunities available. Compensation Information: Automatic 60-Day Pay Review Automatic Annual Pay Review Shift Differentials Refrigeration Premium

Employment Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (provided by Milkco). Will conduct a criminal background check. Must pass an E-Verify screening.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.

Experience: Will train the right person. Prefer that applicants have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must want to work and have excellent attendance. Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people. Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere.
