Plant Manager
High Country Plastics LLC
High Country Plastics LLC seeks a hands-on Plant Manager to lead our rotational molding plastics operations in Smithfield, UT. You will own day-to-day plant performance, ensuring safe, efficient production of durable products for equine, agricultural, and outdoor markets. Responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, and workflow; enforcing quality and safety standards; monitoring equipment and coordinating maintenance; and managing KPIs for throughput, scrap, and on-time delivery. You will lead and develop a small, cross-functional production team, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with ownership on capacity, cost, and process upgrades.
