Responsibilities:
- Research various medical and healthcare industry topics
- Write persuasive marketing copy for multiple media types
- Develop engaging content for websites, emails and social media
- Create patient education copy about symptoms, conditions and treatment options
- Understand different language styles and target audiences
- Review, proofread and edit copy from other copywriters
- Collaborate with creative and business teams on internal and client projects
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, literature, journalism or related studies
- Outstanding research, writing, messaging and storytelling skills
- Portfolio of published examples exhibiting versatile writing styles
- Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, quality, accuracy and consistency
- Experience in medical industry marketing or consumer health marketing a plus
This is an in-house position at our office located in Schaumburg, IL.
