Position Summary As a Housekeeping Lead, you’ll maintain exceptional cleanliness across vacation rental properties, serve as a go-to resource for the team, perform detailed departure cleans, support onboarding and training for new housekeepers, and provide day-to-day guidance to ensure consistent standards. This role includes conducting quality inspections, troubleshooting issues in real time, assisting with supply tracking, and helping prepare homes for guest arrivals and photoshoots. Success comes from leading by example, staying highly organized, and keeping operations running smoothly across multiple properties. Responsibilities Training: Onboarding and training new housekeepers on cleaning standards, procedures, and safety protocols. Provide feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement. Housekeeper duties: Perform meticulous departure cleans promptly and efficiently, ensuring each property is immaculate for incoming guests. Answering questions: Serve as a point of contact for the housekeeping team, addressing questions and providing guidance on cleaning tasks and procedures. Fostering a positive work environment: Promote teamwork, open communication, and a respectful atmosphere. Inspections: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards. Photoshoots: Meet with photographers onsite and ensure homes are pristine. Problem solving: Address challenges during cleaning sessions. Inventory management: Assist with tracking and management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality. Eligibility to work in the United States. Reliable, all-weather vehicle and valid driver\'s license. Smartphone proficiency for accessing company technology. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends. Commitment to safety guidelines and company policies. Preferred Experience in training or leadership.
