The Operations Analyst I is responsible for performing entry-level administrative, data analysis and financial assignments for the Operations Division. This position will work collaboratively with other analysts in the division and may have some responsibility for the oversight of co-op students and interns. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares and monitors weekly and monthly reports, both financial and statistical. Collaborates with team members to collect and analyze data. Visualizes data with charts, graphs, infographics, and/or basic dashboards. Establishes basic key-performance indicators to measure the effectives of business decisions and service delivery. Processes information in conjunction with other Operations analysts. Drafts presentations for senior staff members. Identifies and recommends process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Contributes to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures. Coordinates project activities and communicates updates to stakeholders. Assists in the development and delivery of training programs for staff members. Performs other duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, finance, or related field. Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and basic understanding of data visualization tools including but not limited to Power BI.
