The Position:
Our client is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner.

• $140,000k+ W2 or 1099 option available

Requirements:

• Master s degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• Unrestricted DEA license to prescribe all commonly prescribed medications
• Eligible to provide reimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid

Responsibilities:

• Monday Friday (8am 5pm)
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments of residents, including physical examinations, medical histories, and medication reconciliation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, considering the unique needs and preferences of each resident
• Manage chronic conditions and acute illnesses, providing timely interventions and appropriate referrals as needed
• Additional duties as required
