RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and maintain customer relationships; follow up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing. Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products. Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and promote business development.
