Office Associate

Schedule: Monday – Friday in-office, 8:00 AM – 4:00 P.M. Job Description Phillips Brothers Real Estate is looking to bring on an Office Associate to help support our in-house direct mail operation. They will primarily be responsible for operating printing and mailing equipment, preparing mail pieces for shipment, and ensuring completed mail is delivered to the post office accurately and on schedule. Direct mail marketing is our highest performing marketing channel, so it is crucial that all pieces go out on time and with no mistakes. Job Responsibilities This Direct Mail segment of our business is growing very rapidly, and the Associate will be a key role within the organization. Some of their responsibilities will include: Operating and monitoring direct mail printing equipment, including printers, inserters, cutters, and tabbers. Preparing completed mail for shipment and post-office drop-off Helping maintain an organized and efficient mail production workspace Following established processes carefully to ensure quality and accuracy Monitoring materials and alerting the team when supplies need to be restocked Assisting with other direct mail or office support tasks as needed Job Qualifications Above all else, all employees at Phillips Brothers must be fun to work with and easy to be around. Experience with our specific machines is not explicitly required; however, the Associate it is preferred to have experience with or know the operations of similar machines. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. Our impact on the community is twofold: 1) we give homeowners, especially owners of properties that need work, an easy and effortless way to sell their home quickly and 2) when we fix up a property and put it back on the market for sale, it makes the community just a little bit nicer, and also creates an opportunity for what is usually a first-time homeowner to buy a home at a reasonable price. We are currently in a period of strong and healthy growth. In 2024 we did $25 million in revenue, in 2025 we did $35 million in revenue, and in 2026, we are on track to do $52 million in revenue. We have been profitable since our very first deal. We have always put the overwhelming majority of profits back into our business and will continue to do so. As such, all of our growth has been accomplished without taking on any outside investors or any corporate debt.
