At Glaser Weil, you will work with a team of passionate and driven attorneys on sophisticated and high-profile real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, complex commercial leasing, joint ventures, development, operational issues, and real estate finance. The successful candidate will be forward-thinking and well-rounded, with the ability to become a leader both within and beyond the legal profession. This position is based in our Century City (Los Angeles) office. Attractive Candidates Will Have: 4–7 years of substantive experience drafting, negotiating, and revising commercial purchase and sale agreements, and commercial leases A strong foundation in title and survey review, diligence, and coordinating closings for purchase and sale transactions Impeccable written, verbal, analytical and organizational skills A can do attitude and self-starter mindset The ability to excel in a collaborative team while confidently handling significant individual responsibilities and direct client contact Demonstrated engagement with the real estate industry (e.g., participation in ULI, NAIOP, CREFC, or similar organizations) Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school Hands-on experience. These numbers do not reflect a successful candidate’s total compensation.
