Provide friendly, efficient service at the customer service desk and gift wrap station, assist with transactions, returns, and customer inquiries, and ensure presentation standards are maintained. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide attentive, personalized service at the customer service desk. Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and store credit accurately. Provide professional gift wrapping services and maintain an organized wrap station. Answer phone inquiries and direct customers to appropriate departments or services. Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and presentation standards in the customer service area. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
